Click & Collect

Click & Collect for online purchases is now available free of charge to our UK customers in the Dubarry of Ireland, London Flagship Store. Simply order online and you will be notified by email when the order is ready for collection in our London store.

How does the Click & Collect service work?

  1. Select the Click & Collect delivery option at checkout when completing your order online.
  2. Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse to the Dubarry of Ireland, London Store. Please note that where items are out of stock in the UK, they may need to be shipped from our main warehouse at Dubarry of Ireland, Headquarters in Ireland. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. *
  3. Click & Collect orders need to be collected within 14 days of notification of readiness for collection.
  4. You will need to bring a copy of your confirmation email (either printed or on your phone) together with either a bank card with your name on it, or a form of photo ID.

*From time to time, products may be on back order or delivery will be delayed through circumstances beyond the control of Dubarry of Ireland, resulting in a longer than normal wait time for collection. Please be assured that we will make every effort to keep customers informed should this arise.

How long will you keep my order in store for me?

Click & Collect orders need to be collected within 14 days of notification of readiness for collection. When that time period has expired the order will be shipped back to the Dubarry of Ireland, UK head office.

What if I can’t pick my order up in the designated time frame?

If you are unable to reach the store within the 14 day time frame to collect your order, please call +44 (0) 1608 677622 or email: uk@dubarry.com, quoting your order number, to make alternative arrangements.

Can I send a friend to pick my order up?

You can have your order collected by a designated person. However, they will need to produce a copy of the order confirmation email and show the debit/credit card that was used for order payment at the time of collection.

What if I want to cancel the order?

If you wish to cancel your order and receive a full refund, please do so within 7 days of placing your order online. To cancel, please call our customer service team at +44 (0) 1608 677622 and quote your order number.

What if the order is unsuitable or not as I expected it to be? Can I return it?

If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order from Dubarry, or you wish to exchange size, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase/receipt providing the items are unworn and undamaged. PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTAGE COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED.
