How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges range from £5 – £9 + VAT. If your order is over £295 then delivery is FREE!
Fulfillment of Orders
Dubarry endeavours to fulfill every order in the shortest possible time (typically 3-4 working days where items are in stock at our UK point of distribution and up to 14 days where items may need to ship from our HQ in Ireland). Where stocked out items are placed on back order the lead time may be longer. There may be rare occasions where we face stock shortages through circumstances beyond our control. Should such circumstances arise, Dubarry reserve the right to extend the lead time for fulfilment or extend the back-order period where appropriate and within reason. This does not affect your right to cancel any order already placed and receive a full refund to the value of the cancelled order.
Taxation
Customers outside the EU (including Channel Islands) are not charged the UK’s Value Added Tax (VAT) but are responsible for the payment of any local applicable taxes including import duties which may be charged by your border and duty authority directly to you on delivery. These charges will vary depending on your country of residence. We cannot accept responsibility for these charges.

UK Delivery Times
Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays only (not bank holidays). You will receive an automated email on despatch of your goods.
For specific information on your order please log in to your account – The following are guidelines:
- Dubarry country boots and shoes are usually in stock at point of distribution and will be dispatched within three working days of your order being placed on a 24 hour (1 working day) courier.
- Dubarry Luggage is usually in stock at point of distribution and will be dispatched within three working days of your order being placed on a 24 hour (1 working day) courier.
- Dubarry sailing/coast footwear and clothing - please allow up to 14 days for delivery of these items.
- Christmas period deliveries and information. Courier and postal services usually require a little extra time for delivery in the busy Christmas period.
If there are Dispatch delays affecting normal service, we post current delivery and delay information on our website. Individual orders experiencing delays at our end are always informed directly.
Upon Delivery
For shoes, boots, luggage (or any orders of an insurable value) our couriers will require a signature on delivery. You may provide a delivery address other than that of your home if you are not at home during the day. If you provide a work address, please ensure that the correct office/department/floor details are supplied.
