At Dubarry we take great care and pride in the design and craftsmanship of all our products. We use only the best of raw materials to the highest international manufacturing standards. It is our objective that every product we sell should be perfect. All products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Your statutory rights are in no way affected.
In the most unlikely event that a Dubarry product does not match up to our standards we will take corrective action. If, within twelve months of purchase, there are any defects in your product then please return it, along with proof of purchase, to the outlet/vendor from where you purchased. It will be promptly returned to us for repair. In the event of it not being repairable then we will replace it.
Please note that normal wear and tear or accidental damage to the item is not covered under the returns/replacement policy. However our Customer Service Department will be happy to provide you with a quotation for repair where possible.
