Title of Position: Sales Administration & Warehouse Assistant

Location of Position: Broadstone Manor Barns, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire

Reports to: Sales Administration/ Warehouse Manager

Salary: £20,000 per annum

Duration: Permanent

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Process incoming sales orders and provide quotations to customers
  • Check back orders and follow-up on outstanding orders. 
  • Check stock availability on the system regarding customer orders. 
  • Upselling of Dubarry Products when appropriate.
  • Assisting the Sales & Warehouse function in ensuring that orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner.`
  • Assist with Stock Management.
  • Process and categorise returns daily.
  • Assist in picking and packing daily orders for shipment.
  • Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure an orderly warehouse and an efficiently ran stock management system.
  • Provide efficient and effective Customer Support to all Dubarry customers
  • Occasionally help with setting up and stock management at outside show events.
  • Support the field sales effort as and where required
  • Assist by covering miscellaneous duties of other members of this small service motivated team.

Person Specification

Required

  • Experienced in a Sales/Warehouse role.
  • A multi-tasker, capable of prioritising, managing and completing tasks under pressure
  • Strong Computer, Communication and phone skills.
  • Motivated and able to focus in a bustling working environment to succeed in the brand development, and to deliver outstanding service to customers and colleagues.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work on their initiative and without supervision when required.

Dubarry of Ireland is currently looking for a Seasonal part-time Sales Assistant for our London store, based at 34 Duke of York Square, Chelsea. You will be responsible for showcasing the brand to both new and regular customers. You will support both the team and store manager in the day to day running of the store.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in increasing sales and ensuring efficiency
  • Offering 5* Customer Service
  • Ensuring that standards for presentation and customer service are met and maintained
  • Dealing with and responding to customer requests, issues and/or complaints
  • Maintain awareness and observation of Fire and Health & Safety regulations.
  • The employee will be expected to carry out any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager.
  • As duties and responsibilities change, the job description will be reviewed and amended in consultation with the employee

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Fashion Retail 
  • Willingness to take responsibility and show initiative
  • Experience or interest in Equestrian and Sailing lifestyle
  • Fluent English; (Other languages are seen as a bonus)

You will be responsible for showcasing the brand to both new and regular customers. You will support the store manager in the day to day running of the store.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in increasing sales and ensuring efficiency
  • Ensuring that standards for presentation and customer service are met and maintained
  • Dealing with and responding to customer requests, issues and/or complaints
  • Assisting in development and organisation of displays, promotions and events
  • Evaluating competition through visiting other retailers; gathering information such as style, quality of service and visual merchandising
  • Maintain awareness and observation of Fire and Health & Safety regulations.
  • The employee will be expected to carry out any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager.
